Project Description

Jeorse Park Beach Ecosystem Restoration project in East Chicago, IN includes ecosystem restoration of invasive species, involving clearing and removal; planting of native species on the dunes and beach; placement of sand, and planting of native species on the existing breakwater, and placement of rock reefs in the water for fish habitat.
