Our Client and Company experience includes projects for the Army Corp of Engineers, the Illinois Tollway, the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District of Greater Chicago and other various Chicago area agencies.
We perform as a General Contractor, Subcontractor or Consultant on various publicly funded projects. We build positive relationships with the various Owners, and seek out their challenging contracts. Our understanding of each agencies specific requirements allows us to deliver quality results.
We work with Owners to design and construct solutions to their complex structural problems associated with their building and/or landscape. Many of our project sites have extreme access issues and require sensitivity to ecology and local code requirements.
Foundation Mechanics is an IDOT Prequalified consultant firm for Construction Inspection. We provide qualified field inspection for Phase III consultant contracts, and work with Designers on Phase II Contracts to provide cost, schedule and constructability insight. For Contractors, we provide systems/programs to manage project Quality Control, and help clients navigate more challenging Owners that we are more accustomed.
